Digital Products

At Baxters, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital patterns and downloadable content are final. Once a digital file has been purchased and delivered, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

Physical Products

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the situation and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs processing, weather events, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address supplied at checkout, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
